At Sage by Sam, every order is packed with care and intention. We want your pieces to arrive safely and as quickly as possible, while keeping things transparent and simple.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as a small business.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered at checkout): 2–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on the site.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

Sage by Sam is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to help guide you if needed.

We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar services depending on your location.
